Staple fiber

Phase I and Phase IV projects installed a total of 7 large melt direct spinning production lines, with an annual output of 600,000 tons of conventional and colored differential polyester staple fiber.

The two projects are designed by China Textile Industry Design Institute, the main part of the production line is provided by Germany Zimmer and Germany Neumag engineering company, the non-main part is provided by Shanghai General and China Textile Chemical Fiber Engineering Corporation, the introduction of the world's most advanced production technology, the whole system adopts intelligent automatic control, the process optimization is smooth. At the same time, a perfect quality assurance system has been established, and the quality of the "Polon" brand products produced has reached the most advanced level at home and abroad, and has been certified by the "Enterprise Quality Credit AAA level" by the China Quality Association, and won the title of "Fujian Famous Brand Products".
